Tehran to host Asian Productivity Organization workshop on youth business

TEHRAN – Tehran will host an educational workshop of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) on youth business.

The four-day event will open on August 2 with the theme of employment among youth in Asian Productivity Organization member states.

Twelve members of the organization will participate in the workshop.

The Asian Productivity Organization is an intergovernmental regional organization established in 1961, aiming to increase productivity and, consequently, accelerate economic development in the Asian and Pacific region.

The current membership is 20 economies, comprising Bangladesh, Cambodia, Republic of China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Islamic Republic of Iran, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
